Custom-made orthotics are specialized shoe inserts designed specifically to support the unique structure of your feet. Unlike over-the-counter insoles, custom orthotics are hand crafted based on a detailed assessment of your foot posture, gait, and biomechanics to provide precise correction and support.

At our clinic, we proudly use Foot Levelers custom orthotics, which are tailored to address not just foot pain, but also issues affecting the knees, hips, and lower back. By improving the alignment and function of the feet — the foundation of the body — custom orthotics can help:

  • Improve posture and balance
  • Reduce foot, ankle, knee, hip, and lower back pain
  • Enhance athletic performance and endurance
  • Support injury recovery and prevention
  • Relieve pressure points and distribute weight more evenly

Custom orthotics can be especially beneficial for individuals with conditions such as:

  • Plantar fasciitis (heel pain)
  • Flat feet (fallen arches)
  • High arches (cavus foot)
  • Bunions
  • Hammertoes
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Knee pain (including patellofemoral pain syndrome)
  • Hip pain
  • Lower back pain
  • Shin splints
  • Ankle instability
  • Foot pain caused by arthritis
  • Diabetic foot complications (like pressure sores or ulcers)
  • Metatarsalgia (pain in the ball of the foot)
  • Morton’s neuroma (nerve pain between the toes)
  • Leg length discrepancies
  • Overpronation (rolling inward of the feet)
  • Supination (rolling outward of the feet)
