Krista Veryzer, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

I grew up in South Frontenac County and live with my two daughters in Sydenham.

I ran a successful wedding cake and cake business for two decades in downtown Kingston. I decided to return to school to pursue my interests in holistic health and human anatomy and physiology.

I graduated with Honours from Trillium College in Kingston.

My heritage is rooted in North Frontenac as my grandparents ran a lumber mill on the Mississippi River and lived in Snow Road. I’m passionate about working in the Sharbot Lake region and enjoy lake country and outdoor activities.

My treatments include:

Tracy Kellar

Certified Yoga Instructor

Hi! I’m Tracy. Rooted in South Frontenac, I bring over 26 years of experience serving the community and a background in Social Work and Esthetics, which inspire my commitment to supporting individual well‑being.
My yoga journey began over 12 years ago and became central to my life; in 2024, I completed the 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training at Janati Yoga School in Kingston. I teach Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga with a focus on compassion, mindfulness, and accessibility, offering breath-led, intentional movement in an inclusive environment.

I believe yoga is more than postures—it’s a holistic path to self-care, inner balance, and presence. My goal is to help students feel supported, empowered, and connected in both body and mind.

Classes include:

Jennifer Harford-Heiderich

Receptionist / Office Administrator

After graduating in 1985 from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts, I decided to pursue a career in Business Administration. I started my career in a design firm in downtown Toronto as a Receptionist Bookkeeper. As I gained more experience in the business world, I moved into Office Administration aligning myself into the Information Technology aspect of business working mostly in the Telecommunications Sector as Facilities Manager then Project Manager.

My last stop in my career was a 15 year stay at a world-class, international company that Engineers & Manufactures Landing Gear for both Civil and Military aircrafts. Here I had the privilege of working on large, international projects as both a leader & team member. This was probably my most fulfilling stop where I learned a tremendous amount, met people from all over the world, stablished lasting relationships that exist today as well as expanded my knowledge into the world of Aerospace Engineering & Intellectual Property.

Now “retired”, I enjoy applying my skills as Office Admin / Receptionist at the Centre and most of all meeting all the people who come into the Centre, learning more about and contributing to this Community and supporting the vision for the Centre.
